Garage jibs / linings and insulation

Hi there, I need a builder to visit the property and have a look at my existing double garage, sizing 6m x 6m (35m2), which needs linings, jibs, ceilings etc. Sorry I am not sure about the terms I have used as I am completely new. I need to do the insulation as well. Ideally a builder that can take up this job as a whole? I would love if a builder can give me a free visit and obligation free quote for the work.
