Replace laundry ceiling

My hot water cylinder is above my laundry & has been leaking. This is being replaced right now however the ceiling underneath has been dripping which alerted me to the problem & is now starting to bulge & more drips have appeared. This needs to be replaced. The whole area is approx 2m x1m. This will be covered under insurance/EQC
