The Extension

We have a 3 bedroom retangular shaped house built early 60s. We want to extend out the front wall to accomodate a ensuit/walk in robe and if the budget allows to extend out the next bedroom. The size would be either 4x3 or 8x3 meters. We would require all permits to be done, all ground work and exterior work finished. We would complete all interior work ourselves including fit out, electrical and any plumbing. The exterior calding can be any option not to fussed there, the floocan be on piles...
