Habitable Shed Home - Fit Out

We are planning on building a shed home just outside Waipukurau. The plan is to have a shed build to comply with habitable standards. We are then looking for someone that can provide plans & fit out the inside of shed & turn it into a home. Possibly double story with mezzanine flooring. Want company that can complete everything on the inside & connect to services to a standard that will meet compliance. It is a rural property - will hook up to water tanks & septic system. We are at the planning stages, just had some finance approved for the section & a build. There are companies that can build the shed “shell” to habitable compliance standard. BUT if someone or company could do the whole projected at an affordable rate, that would be a Bonus.
