New build Cromwell x 2 with easy to work with owners.

We are going to build a kit set on a section x 2 and we need a labour only/ part materials and we will negotiate sub trades. Are you the builder for this ? The kit set is a re build from chch. A 5 yrs old need new slab, external cladding and internal linings all other parts are supplied.
