Coast to Coast Kit Home Build

I'm looking for a master builder to build the kit home I have had designed for my plot in Roxburgh. The plot is about 550 sqm and the house is just under 200 sqm, with 3 bedrooms, a granny flat and a single garage. The home is designed by Coast to Coast Homes based on their Kawatiri design. The project is almost ready to prepare and apply for the BC. I estimate another 8 weeks until approval, then some time for the initial materials to be delivered, during which work can begin on the foundations. The successful applicant will need to be independent, and take care of everything from the piles and frame through to the interiors. I live in Sydney, so cannot be there all the time, but will be popping over now and again to check progress and help with labouring. I would prefer a builder with kit home experience, and will require references from previous customers. Proximity to Roxburgh a plus. Thank you.
