Builder needed for bathroom renovation

Builder required for the build portion of a bathroom renovation in Roxburgh, see images below for current and proposed plans. Rough Scope of Works below; - Prepare site for building works - Protective floor coverings - Demolish existing fixtures, wall linings, ceiling, trims, carpet (not linoleum floor coverings to be left undisturbed) - Remedial framing work to walls as required - Remedial floor work (if required) - Install blocking as needed for side recessed shower wall - Install blocking as needed for new wall mounted fixtures (vanity, heater towel rail, mirror, robe hook) - Reline walls 13mm & ceiling 10mm in Gib Aqualine - Install new trims skirting, scotia & architraves to door and window - Ensure smooth door opening with new flooring - Install Robe hook on right hand side of shower entry - Wall mount vanity - Add fixing to support 1 end of the vanity top. Set back to allow for fixing at the front for hand towel rail - Add fixing to underneath vanity top to undermount a hand towel rail - Cut down additional melamine to size to cover hand towel rail fixing timber - Undermount hand towel rail to fixing - Mount toilet roll holder - Hang wall mounted mirror Current license and good references a must
