Help needed please

I want to have new carpet put down however before I can do this I need to have a wooden coving edge removed, plus the carpet smooth edge removed & the carpet on the wall removed as well. This is for a lounge / living area, hallway, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. I also need new skirting boards installed.
