We would like a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house built on a section in Clyde. We don't want a standard box design, but something which is a bit styly and contemporary. I would like to utilise thermal mass properties and I'm a big believer in recycling and reusing materials. We don't want to spend more than $250K on the house. I quite like these Lockwood designs (the breezeway thru the middle of the house is cool as is the 'room' enclosed on 3 sides.
