MS Construction is operated by a Mr Alex Wheeler, his real name is Alex Dittmer (Google) for some interesting reading. This company is very unreliable, untrustworthy, full of excuse's and struggles to read building plans. Most of the framing work done is OK but rework is required with other aspects. As to costs, which were progressive, I would say we are roughly about right for a half finished job. Introducing oneself under a false name tells a lot about these people, dodgy invoicing also.

He is well aware that the job was sub contracted and any workmanship issues were not of our company, although we were responsible and offered to rectify any. The project passed relevant council inspections and ow we inspectios but he now wishes to make an issue. We had to run the project for him as an extra because couldn't manage his way out of a wet paper bag. We even politely declined an ex gratia payment from him recognising the extra management we carried"
