Extension to sleepout

We need a extension added to our sleepout. It includes a deck with veranda and small bathroom. Plans have already been drawn and council consent has been given. Deck is 7605 x 2000 long and 5010 x 2000 wide. Standard building materials. Would be happy with either a complete job or only major structural work only completed, as we could complete the rest.
