Removal of chimney and installation of double door

We need the chimney (brick) to be taken down and the area where the fire is currently sitting opened up. (We think we can leave the stucco as is and cut a hole for the door to sit in, rather than take the stucco down flush to the wall but need to discuss this with a builder to see what the best option will be). Roofing iron installed. Then a double glazed sliding door to be installed and gib etc completed to tidy up. Once this project is done, we will then look at getting a deck built.
