Hi, I have a small rental property management business in Christchurch. I have a fairly new client in Diamond Harbour (1970s house) with a second-floor deck, part of which is tiled, with wooden borders/joins between the tiles. There is leaking going through the tiled area of the deck (likely through the wooden joins), with damage evident on the boards below. – See photos of the tiled area of the deck, and the visible damage below. I am looking for a builder's quote that identifies the extent of the damage (including whether any joists are affected), the cost for your recommended repair approach, and an indication of your current availability to do the work. I’m looking for someone who does great quality, highly reliable work, with a good number of strong reviews. Given you would be doing work on our behalf, you would need to have public liability insurance and be happy to sign a standard contractor agreement with us. We are based in Christchurch and keen to establish an ongoing relationship with reliable trades that can also do future work in that area. I look forward to hearing from you. Tanya
