Porch Repair, New Front Door and Side Gate

We need three jobs done on hour house: 1. Our front porch has some rot in several parts of the timber. These need to be replaced. You can see in the photos that one 'stud' has rot at the bottom. It appears that the opposite one has had the bottom 30cm replaced so thats probably a good strategy with this one. There is also rot in a a few other places and we would like to replace these and possibly enclose the lower part of the porch and clad in weather board to match the house. Happy to discuss with you the best way to repair these parts. We will do the final painting. 2. Replace the front door with a modern door. Its a non-standard size so will need a new door trimmed to suit. You can see the front door in the picture of the front porch. 3. Build a gate down the side of our garage. We want a gate to keep the dog in the yard and at the moment we just have an old piece of wire mesh here. The first two photos are of the side of the garage - you can connect the gate to the concrete block wall of the garage.
