Verandah
Job description
My verandah was enclosed by non-builders to create a sun room. This has been demolished, so now I need new supports for the verandah installed. This envolves: * removal of existing verandah extension (~60 cm). See photo 1 and 2. * weather proofing of above * remedial work on the verandah, where the wood is rotten * installation of the 2 posts, including footings May requre a small amount of demo of existing material (see photo 3). Owner will help with labor as negotiated.

Prompt, punctual, good quality, complete work. Made a big effort to keep costs to a minimum. Kept me informed as to what was going on, and communicated well. Left the site very tidy. Billed promptly with moderately detailed invoice. Said he was happy to drop over and do any little bits of follow up work that might be required.
