Soffit/Bulkhead to Conceal Rangehood Ducting

Rangehood soon to be installed, ducting to the right at a 90degree angle as shown in the photograph by the grey broken lines. Ducting then needs to be concealed with a simple soffit/bulkhead, spanning the entire width of the ceiling, as shown in the photograph by the white rectangle labelled 'soffit'. I am looking for someone to build the soffit/bulkhead :-)
