Family growing, need more house!

We need both draftsman/buidling act/consent guidance and builder/project manager. We have only our basic plans. We are adding an extension onto our Fraemohs house to add a new master bedroom, and open plan dining and living to the existing closed kitchen. The kitchen will need remodelling to become open plan and also to move the laundry around the corner to make a more logical flow. We are also converting the current lounge and master bedroom into bedrooms 2 and 3 with a hallway/storage space taking some of both those existing rooms. The current house is essentially a rectangle, the new extension will the the existing rectangle into the bottom of a wide U shape. We are hoping that we can turn the center of the U into a sunroom/conservatory. Hopefully the plans give an idea of work, happy to discuss more. My partner is wanting to be hands on for the labour as much as we can to save paying for basic labour, and I will be doing the lions share of the detailing/finishing aspects, though I am not so handy so either Louis will install or if professional required will be assigned to you/your team. We are on a slightly sloped section so this part will be built on poles, hopefully allowing the addition of a garage/workshop later down the track underneath.
