Roof flashing has been incorrectly fitted and due to Earthquakes is now allowing rain in between flashing and newer part of house. Likely needs replacing, need a competent tradesman to sort this out

Did a good job and stuck to price, completion time poor due to having to order flashing and waiting for it to be made. Tenant very happy with outcome, would use again
