Apartment conversion

I am converting an office into a three bedroom/two bathroom apartment and want someone to build the internal walls and doors and shower box frames. The walls will use mostly recycled steel framing (about 60mm width) and will need to be ramset into the floor and walls. I have ample steel frames left over from the office demolition. There are 2-3 walls that will need to be made out of wood. These will house all the plumbing for the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a wall of recycled glazing to be put up in the lobby. All doors and door frames are recycled from the previous office. As all plumbing is above floor, I need someone to build shower box frames to allow sufficient fall to the waste pipe. All plumbing needs to be encased in and on the walls. Hope to get building consent in about 4 weeks time.
