Deck rebuild and rotting cladding #2

We are wanting to have our front deck and entry way removed and rebuilt in a similar way with a cover. The current deck is approx 7m x 2m. There will be rotting cladding as the deck has been build hard up against the house with the likely hood of rooting house framing and joist which should be considered. We are Mount Eden based and not in a rush to get it done asap. Requires 2 sets of steps. We are wanting to have the decking built with Vitex.
