Repair carport and retaining wall

1) Top of Retaining wall has moved so is tilting out. 2) The level of the ground in the carport next to the retaining wall seems to have moved and the wall of the carport has moved so it is now on an angle and needs to be "straightened". 3) The carport "roof" is a deck and some of the planks seem to have rotted so looking at replacing those or similar. Looking for pricing of each item to determine what can be afforded.
