Block wall repair , waterproofing and Concrete Steps
Job description
Water seeping into basement through poor external work. Need some concrete steps either partially or fully removed to expose all external area and waterproof. Then need some remediation work to replace steps again. After this there is more work associated with the retaining wall. Initially I want investigation and resolving water ingress as stage 1 then stage 2 would be remediation. Basically looking for someone with good problem solving ideas who can provide sound advise and competence.

Norm did a great job, addressing some drainage issues along the side of our property. He gave good consideration of the problem and came up with a cost effective solution. Norm's no nonsense approach was appreciated and I would use his services again.
