Replacing damaged roof purlins and trusses

Before replacing a corrugated iron roof we want to remove and replace the purlins/roof trusses that were repaired following a fire in the roof space about 20 years ago. (The house is structurally sound). The area to be replaced is roughy highlighted in the attached photo with the red outline. The area would have scaffolding and shrink wrap over the top which we've already organised, subject to getting a builder to undertake the work.
