Small retaining wall with basic pergola above 3x5m area for an above ground pool

Hi I want to put a 4m x 2m above ground pool up in my sloped back yard, so new a flat area 5 x 3m created. the height differential between the highest point and lowest point (diagonally over the longest side) is just over 400mm Also want to put up a basic pergola over the space to allow me to put up shade sail in the future. We've drawn it in sketch up to give you a better idea of what we're after. I can get the materials or not depending on your preference.
