Replace fascia board, painting touch ups

Visible rotted area on fascia board. Needs screws securing lip of roof undone and old fascia board replaced (either whole fascia or part depending on amount of rot) and painted. In addition the surrounding area (front upper level of house only) need a light sand and paint. Ideally just using ladders. Can stand on front 'sun room' to access. Some other small areas of painting requiring a ladder can be discussed on chargeup basis when on site. Paint is provided. Suits an independent builder and his mate happy to replace a fascia board and do some painting.
