Replace wooden bathroom window in 1940s bungalow
Job description
Job is to swap out the bathroom casement window with a similar window. The replacement window will need some work done to it to adjust the box size to fit. New sill will need to be made. New finishing timber, exterior facings and scribers will be required. Its on the top level of a 2-story house, however, there is good access as it's by the back upstairs porch. House is tenanted and I would like the main swap out to happen on a single day. (Facings or inside finishing can be the next day though)

Great job competed. Also, David did additional work including changing whitco stays on some other windows. Communication was good to, keeping me informed of any changes in the schedule and what days he was going to be on-site and what time. Definately recommended.
