I have a set of plans drawn up to: put up a roof on a portocom to take down the existing roof rebuild according to the NZ building code I have the attached plans and photos

This guy never checked materials before he started. Is now threatening to dismantle job if I do not pay within an hour 8am Sunday morning . His name is Nai. Stay away he refused to put scocia on I had incomplete plans put up his charge put rate is 200 per hour . He turns up when he wants to.

"Unfair review MJ, I have been very professional & fast with site visit, quoting, adjusting the plans you have given & completing job w extras in the agreed time.
You stated you had all materials, you did not. You constantly text me, call me and are very rude - all messages have been saved.
I've tried to help you understand jobs cannot be added after being quoted and you can't adjust building plans.
You already went through two builders and now work is completed"
