Several maintenace jobs
Job description
1. replace rotting weatherboard (approx 0.5m). It is close to the bottom board. 2. replace a post that is supporting carport. The base of the post is wearing away. I imagine the post is concreted into ground. 3. Install a door in wall to hot water cylinder. Currently it is gibbed in. I'll add some photos tomorrow.

Pretty happy all round. The job was quoted early and a projected start date was communicated. The job started on that day. It did take a half day extra but that was for reasons outside the control of Ace. Workmanship was good and cost was very reasonable. Would happily use again.
