Small redesign and building in Sandringham

1) Redesign and rebuild existing laundry to add a toilet and better lay out the washing machine and laundry tub; 2) Remove a couple of small walls currently separating our kitchen and laundry, install a laundry door and, level the ceiling and floor. 3) Replace the bathroom window with a smaller one. 4) Install a french door on an outside wall. I don't think I would need an architectural draughtsperson for the size of this job. However, I would like to work with a builder who would be able to work out the dimensions for the consent process and building of it.
