Moisture readings, using a pinless moisture meter, are required for a 2 bedroom, 75 sq m townhouse. Purchase agreement is signed, conditional upon good moisture readings. No other property inspection is required. Needs to be done by Tuesday 27 June.

Charles was great! It was a small job for him, doing moisture readings on a house under contract, but was very important for us so we could confidently proceed with the purchase.
