Job description

General Building
Auckland

URGENT: Heavy rain entered the Ellerslie cladded house built in early 90s, since 9/5/23 through cladded wall on the ground level, water escaping through the junction between interior wall and the French door timber frame below it. Inspected the eaves above this wall and found metal gutter eroded by rust and so assume the junction between roof and exterior wall at this point must be letting in the heavy rain into the wall cavity under it. Need either a temporarily seal to stop further rain entry; or even better an urgent full repair of the gutter, eaves, cladded wall assessment for water damage +/- wall reconstruction if damage is done

Thank you to David for being so prompt to attending to the house when rain was pouring in. Excellent communication via phone, email, text, photos. The quote was so thorough in describing the scope of work that my insurance assessor accepted the claim using what David described without further delay. David finished the job promptly with updates of the unexpected findings along the way, appreciate he taking initiative in managing whatever was necessary that need to be done.
