Interior wall has damp issues and the (approx 3m) wall has pronounced curve. External wall boards and/or window frame must be allowing damp to penetrate. This is the most exposed part of the house with no roof eave. So will need to remove existing internal wall board and see what is the cause and remediate ( including making good internal wall).
