Catio using current deck

We are looking at building a catio we have two options 1) using the shown area which has trees and access to the inside conservatory. Google earth maps showing the space (sort of) 2) enclosing the deck area behind the above and it includes the whole space. Of course we know we wil need to possibly cut back from trees etc We are wondering if there is a builder/creator to help assist with this so we can make it usable for humans and cats. Would love to be able to talk to someone if possible to go over options. Appreciate the help in advance
