Installing 4.5mm hardy sofit to under side of sub floor framing and nearers as timber is H1.2 Works include strapping the under side of floor joist with 4X2 and installing hardy's sofit sheets with plastic jointer. Should take for 2 man about 2-3 days. Will be on site on the 28th of March so can go through the whole job. Job start : ASAP.
