Fence / deck build and decking refixiing.

Hey there. I would like to extend an existing kwila deck about 600mm so that it joins up to a new fence that I would like built. The black fence you can see is leaning and needs to be replaced. The new decking will cover the green stuff you can see. We can take the new timber back to the nearest good looking join in the existing deck. The new fence is 5 M wide. With two end bits at 90 deg that are less than 900 wide. The fence is high. I have my neighbours consent. It will be a 2.4M fence from the ground, which will be about 2.1M from the finished deck height. See the picture of the shower. That will be the cladding on the fence, Kwila wide boards. I would also like to re fix the exiting deck with a new type "spax like" screw that is more modern and will cover the existing screen holes and straighten up some of the existing decking while we are doing that. I think we will need four new fence posts. I will need something like building paper or black plastic behind the quilt wall so the light doesn't come through the gaps. On the left hand side, there will need to be a door / gate for access down the side of the house. But it would be great if you could not tell this was a gate. We have good access and parking.
