Last minute help needed window sill replacement
Job description
Guys, Help! My wonderful builder was helping his neighbour during the flooding and most unfortunately, severed the tendon in his hand! The job I had booked him for which is in six days from now on February 13 and possibly 14th was to take one window frame out and replace the rotten sill, (x3 windows are being taken away for double glazing, only one sill replacement) - no outdoor work or heights. The sill of the east facing window needs to be taken off to measure to get it exactly right. He was then going to get sill timber from South Pacific timber. Timber would be h3.2 treated pine or could go more expensive and get a native timber. TIMING is imperative. MONDAY FEB 13 8:30am, remove, prime and replace so the other windows can be put back in again within 2-3 days, once painted. Can you help me? I’m not looking for a cowboy or someone to take advantage of my situation, just a decent, very capable person who knows what they’re doing and is willing to help. Thanks so much!
