The basement level as well as the garage has been flooded. We have ripped out the carpets in the rumpus/bedroom but the doors and walls are swollen. According to the assessor’s the walls will likely need to all come down, re-insulated and built back up. Basically need a builder to come in and assess the situation and grab a quotation for the insurance assessor’s as soon as possible.
