Job description
I have a downstairs bedroom and garage which had water come in during floods. outside is fibrolite but I think it needs a layer of blocks down so that the bottom plate can be raised to prevent flooding. I think the walls are non load bearing. House is a rental

"Appreciate the feedback, I'm glad to hear that you found a contractor that was willing to align with you on the repair method for your rental and apologies for not being available for calls between the hours of 8pm-7am. At the time we took this on It seemed a simple job however after further investigation and a comprehensive report conducted on the dwelling we concluded that there where bigger issues to address which the homeowner was unwilling to align on."
