Soffit repair / incl extractor fan outlets

We have just had our internal guttering converted to an external fascia system. As a result there has been some damage to the soffit. This requires some sections to be replaced or patched, especially for the top level which is exposed to the elements. Also the extractor fan ducting outlets need to be refitted as the soffit is now too shallow for the original ones. There are only 3 locations requiring repair on the top level, which ideally needs to be done ASAP. (I'm able to do the finishing) Access is very good with full scaffolding. Pictures should give an indication.
