1. Fix gap between wall and roof in one small area. 2. Exposed plaster. Unsure what required to remediate. 3. Close in area around drainage pipe. Details identified in building report that need to be rectified. House is approximately 4 years old and mostly built of masonry blocks. Would need to be done in next couple of weeks with a quote by Friday please.
