Jobs following new floor being laid

We had a laminate floor laid on top of the polished concrete floor that was previously in our house. Doing so has given rise to a few jobs that we need completed, including: 3 doors no longer close properly as the flooring is higher now, these need to be sanded back so they can close; The toe kicks had to be removed for the flooring to be laid, we need them to be re-installed but they’ll need to be sanded back as well; Finally, they were unable to lay the floor all the way to the ranch sliders as there is a small gutter in the concrete. We need a strip of wood laid to cover the gap, like the bottom piece of a window frame. There are two ranch sliders to do this for measuring 535 cm and 475cm. We also have some windows that have broken window handles that would be good to replace too 🤪 We’d be happy for anyone to drop around and see the job. Cheers Natalie
