A masonry block end wall of my flat has been leaking along a sawcut in a mortar line, and this moisture has damaged the bottom of the strapping behind the gibboard, as well as some skirting. It went unnoticed until the flat became vacant, and now needs to be rectified quite quickly. The job entails a range of skills, to make good the strapping, patch the gibboard, replace the skirting, stopping and painting - it would be good to find someone who is versatile enough to do all those things! It will be on a charge-up basis due to the uncertainties. Please advise your hourly rate and when you would be available. Tho photo shows the worst area.
