We have purchased a new set of exterior french doors in frame to replace an existing external window (delivery late May) - so require the removal of the existing glazed window & frames, cut and remove external timber cladding and wall framing below as well as internal wall lingings, skirtings etc. Install the new frame and sub-sill (flush with existing floor) and all flashings / waterproofing as required. Install new french doors in frame (made by others) but may require some door hardware works. Make good to all internal and external reveals and linings. Also, remove an existing, adjacent external single leaf door and frame. Build new infill wall framing to opening, install external cladding (to match existing) and internal linings, install insulation to wall.
