Modification of non load bearing partial wall between kitchen and living room in our small family house. Wanting to widen the size of the current opening so that it's approximately 3x the current size. We're planning a kitchen refit and would ideally fit with timing (likely early May). Wall has wall socket and 2 light switches. Wall also has Chorus ONT mounted. Note that there's other work that can be quoted at same time: Replacing warped flooring in laundry. Also redoing flooring in living room. Tiling in Toilet room.
