Backyard Studio/ Workshop

Renovation/ conversion of an existing 35m2 garage into a home office and workshop/storage space. A great project to fit in between bigger jobs! Building works required include: - Replacing all existing iron roofing, including new flashings and gutters. - Replacing existing metal cladding with new vertical timber shiplap to 3 elevations (one wall is a block boundary wall). - Removing existing garage door and installing new joinery units (new lintel required for one window.) - Building new internal partition wall, installing insulation and new interior linings to office side. (Note: there is a very small amount of asbestos sheeting to remove under the existing soffits and in the top section of the gable end). Ideally we need this work done prior to winter.
