Approx 1990, a carport was converted to a bedroom however no council consent obtained. From what I have been told, one exterior wall needs a nib wall to bring it up to council standard then a registered builder complete a third party auth (?) for Auck Council confirming it is now up to standard. If familar with the process and are a registered builder, welcome to contact me. Thanks
