Adding a new second toilet

In the downstairs of our home we are looking to add a small toilet. This would be a brand new area that will go in the existing dining area. We are also looking to add some new timber slates at the bottom of our stairs. The plans & building consent has already been issued. A friendly person who will work in with our project manager, plumber & electrician.
