Hang two new Door Leaf's within existing door Jambs

Hi All, After a long weight to have two doors made, we're hoping to have them installed prior to Christmas. Essentially they are french doors (already glazed), 760mm x 1980mm in size, replacing two existing hallow core doors. As the doors were made to fit the existing jambs, we essentially just need the hinges swapped over, along with the two roller latches to the top of the doors. The doors are scheduled to arrive this Thursday, and we would love it if someone has a couple of hours free to fit this in. Cheers, Adam
