Exposed beam rafter replacement/repair & re-gib

Need 3 x exposed beam rafters replaced/repaired and ceiling re-gibbed in kitchen. After removing a wall, I found that the rafters were cut/joined above the wall. I would like the rafters to be replaced/repaired so they are one seamless beam. The rafters will be painted. Ceiling to be re-gibbed at the same time. I am open to repair as long as any repairs can't been seen once it is painted. The roof is corrugated iron if it needs to be removed for rafter replacement. The job is available to be started now.
