Small Building/Removing of Planter box and Outdoor Tiling Job

We need someone to help us with laying about --- outdoor tiles that are sandstone, currently there is an old empty garden bed where would like them to go, so concrete etc will need to put down I imagine. We would also like to remove half of our planter box and change it into an outdoor seated area. Thanks
